Cowboy Joe

By Pride's Thrill-Ah-Gee, out of Threat's Stompin Moma. Foaled 05/24/2005.

Cowboy Joe is a very naturally gaited bay gelding. He is extremely friendly and a very quick learner. He is not afraid of anything and loves to please. He also gets along great with the other yearlings. He is going to be a very stoutly built colt and I am really looking forward to training him next year under saddle.

Cowboy Joe

Joe  is one of the most naturally gaited colts we have.  He has a super refined head and a sweet disposition.  He is very willing to please and holds his gait with ease.  I can't wait to start riding him once he gets a little bigger.

Cowboy Joe is a confident trail horse.  He will lead, or follow and doesn't care if he rides away from other horses.  He is super smooth going down the trail and will take care of his rider.  He can go all day without getting tired and will not rush back to the trailer from a ride.  He loves the water and will drink at every water crossing he comes too.  He parks out to mount and will stand quietly while taking photos.  You can also ride along and get a drink from your saddle bags while going down the trail and just drop the reins and he will keep on trucking.  He is great going up and down hills without rushing.  He would make a great beginner horse because he is not super fast.  But he will walk out if you ask him too.  Don't pass up this super nice trail gelding.  He is 15 hh.

We sold Cowboy Joe to Jan and Gary Hoar of Cody, Wyoming. He is going to a great home and will have other Tennessee walking horse friends to live with.
